Berkeley bassist and native Kurt Ribek (pronounced ree-bok) has been studying and gracing the Bay Area with his soulful eclectic original jazz for years. Paul Chambers, Ray Brown and Charles Mingus have been strong influences over the years along with Latin R&B and reggae. Experience the original works of Kurt Ribek!

Bryan Girard

Born and raised in San Francisco, jazz saxophonist Bryan Girard majored in music at SF State University and has performed in and around the Bay Area for over three decades. He has also worked in Canada, Europe and Japan, as well as participated in various tours throughout the United States.

John Kalleen Group

Trumpeter John Kalleen assembled the "John Kalleen Group" in 2004, inspired to create an ensemble based on the full-sounding style of the 50's and 60's classic jazz quintets, as exemplified by the great Miles Davis and Wayne Shorter groups, going back as far as the bebop era.
